Legal route for Nandini

Sharing photos of women (Irrespective how they are - can be as straight forward as standing next to each other) without their permission to anyone is a criminal offense. Stalking is crime. Threatening is another crime. No respecting a woman's NO is also a crime. Harassing woman after rejection is crime - be throwing that tennis ball or calling, messaging is crime.

Nandini should file FIR against Rohan. They have enough evidence to even back them up and get even behind bars and even deported to US. Though I know CVs won't take this route and give us cringe-worthy episodes of baa stripping nandini's character based on her photos with her ex. I swear its cos of family members like Baa that women give up even before fighting. I am sure even P1 is going to support her. Vanraj will remain hesitant. As for Kavya, I think she might support nandini this time. Rest others will support Nandini.

Anuj is going to be the person to help nandini along with Anumapa & Samar on dealing with Rohan. Eventually Samar will end of giving the place of a father to Anuj. Up until now he genuinely respects Anuj as person, but post this chapter he will bond with him as a son bonds with a father, something he missed out on with Vanraj.

But yes, I really hope they highlight this serious topic properly and come up with real and legal solutions to raise awareness about these types of crime.

If Baa questions or doubts Nandini's character,she will be a big black spot on the name of woman as however she might have treated Anu,she never questioned her character nor let Rakhi and Kavya do that. She has never done that to Kinjal as well.She will lose the respect Samar and Nandini have for her,because of which they decided not to get engaged. I so wish Anuj turns the savior in Rohan's matter to Nandini and even Nandini bonds with him like father.She has never experienced father's love since birth as her father left them and Vanraj hates her.Samar had a father who only used to insult him and loved his other children in front of him.I am so excited to see Sanan's bond with Anuj as daughter and son.

Baa's double standard may surface or like how the family rallied around Kavya when there was the molestation attempt or how they supported Kinjal fight Dholakia there can be support for Nandini.

If it is a continuation of cold war Leela Shah Vs Hasmukh Shah it can be used to belittle and weaken Anupama's support system that will cause Anuj to step in with the plan/course of action you have suggested.

It will alienate the family further and Anuj will play saviour.

Samar and Anuj are already warm to each other and Anuj spoke to them in the Dance Academy while Vanraj wanted Kavya to emulate Anupama's efforts and speak to Nandini. She termed it as their personal matter. We have to seethe response of the 4 idiots. 2 already emulating Rohan's style and stalking Maan.

Though I didn't watch Nandini scenes with much interest I know stalking is a grave offense and should be dealt in all seriousness. I hope they take into account how sensitive the issue is and not let it be trivialised in the name of drama. Baa's initial approach will set ground rules on how the topic will be dealt with, whether they will use the track as just another addition to the story or highlight it as an actual subject of concern.I hope they take the latter route as the show is quite popular and it's a good platform to raise awareness.
