I can very well understand where Sai's coming from. Those stuffs in the initial days of her marriage has been etched into her memories & got stuck in her mind imo. She might think even if Virat loves her rn he may have feelings for Pakhi too.
Sai isn't wrong to think Virat has feelings for both S & P simultaneously considering his behaviour. Remember during the vaada revelation track Sai had confronted him you can't exercise rights on me while being emotionally involved with Pakhi.
