Malini Falls Unconscious
At T house Aditya tells Aparna that Imli was acting wired , not listening to anybody . She fears he will marry Malini if Imli loses the case . Aparna says what was wrong with that ! Aditya protests hiw could Aparna think he will marry Malini ? He did not love her , he had no feelings for her . He will never be able to live happily with her ! Imli was not going to get any evidences .

Adi is then shown the video recording of Malini taking advantage if Aditya in his intoxicated state in the camera .
Aditya gets very depressed seeing that , he feels he had lost everything , years of friendship , he lost his trust in Malini , she betrayed him. At T house Imli asks Adi to charge the battery n take care of the memory card . Aditya feels very heart broken at being betrayed by his close friend Malini .
Next day at court judge declares that the prosecution was asked to get evidences . KC declares they had video recording where Malini is seen taking advantage if Intoxicated Aaditya without his permission .
KC hands the camera to be played . But the video does not play . There was no data in the memory card . Imli and Aaditya get scared they have been betrayed again by deleting the memory card .Defence states prosecution was given so many days to provide evidences yet they failed . They were wasting time of the court l when nothing happened how could there be any evidences ? KC requests for some time to check the camera . Judge denies . Imli protests and asks judge that he could not supress the truth . He had to listen to them .

At court Judge silences members of the prosecuting family who were talking out of turn . The prosecution had failed to provide evidences so he had to give credits to the defence . This case was dismissed as there was no evidences . Malini, Aparna Radha are seen heaving sigh of relief . .
