Agree. The guy is a legend. He was so good, he got two Oscars, gazillion BAFTAs, always low key in the press, then had enough of acting so retired quietly. No comparison with anyone of any industry.

Fun fact: just like Big B, DDL is also a famous son of a great poet!

That is where, unfortunately the similarities end. I'll not go into details on Bofors/Panama etc. On the other hand, DDL is someone who took a break from acting to become a cobbler for almost a year. A cobbler! Literally!! And quit movies while many of us keep dying to see him on screen. 😭🥺

A pure artist who has absolutely zero greed for money.

When your favorite aces a KMG, Akbar, Kaabil, Guzaarish, Super 30 and also a Krrish, Dhoom 2 or War, come to mock Hrithik . Currently, there has been no actor who could pull off both spectrum atleast in Bollywood😆

I saw one movie with DDL. There will be blood. He had this milkshake scene. That scene was impressive and fun

But overall I was never really a huge fan of him. An I’m really not into Method acting. I don’t really care what goes into the scene I’m seeing. If I don’t enjoy the acne ( like a few of Daniels films) what good is the work if I remain unimpressed 🤷‍♀️ 😆
