Why hindi trade analyst neglect all india collection if movies dubbed

in another language but same movie, same actors, same country but separate it's collection because movie released in another state with dubbed??? only bollywood seems to do this unlike any other countries or state. 2.0 was highest grossing movie of 2018 in india but bollywood trade only mentioned the north collection to rank it on highest grossers of the year. That's just plane fallacy
