Would you want Virat as a partner?

To preface this post, I am really not trying to start any wars nor create a bashing thread. But, for those of you who still believe that Virat loves Sai, I am genuinely curious to hear why you think so. For me, all of their issues can be overcome, but his weird connection and softness to Pakhi cannot. She will always be the 3rd person in their marriage, and from the looks of it, Shruthi will enter too... I personally cannot fathom the fact that he will always put such women above his own wife. How is this love? Who would want such a partner? Anyways, I am seriously looking for a discussion, so please don't take this the wrong way!

No

I am praying for his and Pakhi’s future. I am reminded of the words of yoga instructor. They are meant for each other. What an amazing chemistry

Just read it... very beautifully written ❤️

Waise, I guess my question remains for you... do you think Virat is a good partner? How can Sai tolerate always having other women put before her?

Let’s call her back. She did something good after all by starting all this.

First of all, we use the word 'love' to describe Virat's feelings for Sai, for want of a better word. But IMO, love is a huge word....it's an emotion which encompasses DEEP trust, respect and care. It often comes after years of living and understanding each other.

Virat is hardly there (I guess even Sai isn't there). He is emotionally attached to Sai, has feelings for her....may find it difficult to move on should his relationship with Sai were to end......yet love is still a long way ....

Coming to Virat's current relationship - I will repeat what I had written in laksh's post yesterday. Virat's anger issues and his equation with Pakhi are the two most problematic patterns in his relationship with Sai. Both strike at the very heart of spousal relationship - trust.

I have often given Virat the benefit of doubt in his relationship with Pakhi - even as it has made me extremely uncomfortable. Pakhi has the liberty to interfere in SaiRat relationship, badmouth Sai whenever Virat is hurt, and enjoys the certainty of Virat's protection of her honour - over and above the trust and respect of his own wife. What kind of disturbing relationship is this?

Lately, I've been wanting to re-think my stand over Virat's equation with Pakhi. Why may not be it called emotional infidelity - even if it is unintentional? Whatever be your intentions, the moment you put your ex above your relationship with your wife, it can only mean you don't respect your marriage(or your spouse). That's not commitment. Period.

You already know about my opinion on his anger issues, so I will not elaborate on that.

In short, I will NEVER EVER want a husband like that either for myself or for people I know. He is complicated (low EQ), uncontrollable in his rage and basically a person with little common sense.
