I think if it was allergy, Raavi would probably know and Krish would mention it. Based on the scene it seemed like Raavi was aware of Shiva and Gaumbi's dislike and hence she wanted to buy something else. But since she couldn't, she went ahead buying it and pretended like she didn't know when Krish came and told her.

And she was like She'll use a different receipe that they won't even know it's baingan😂😂
