I don't remember Vyanjayanti making a comeback either.

Audience treat men and women stars differently. The male crowd abandons the women as soon as they get married. That's why for a long time, actresses used to delay marriage. Now it has changed.

Sridevi and Madhuri were Legit Superstars and Crowdpullers during their peak years.

New York, APKGK, Ki and Ka and Ram-Leela weren't SOLELY carried by the actresses just because they were more popular than the male actors in the film.

Lol I never claimed that Kangana solely carried TWMR. The director at the very least definitely deserves credit for the success of all the above "female-oriented films".

She thinks she is a superstar because she has done mostly women centric movies and she can carry a movie on her shoulders unlike Deepika, Katrina and a few other popular actresses.

she doesn't have top 3 movies and shes a superstar lol. new york, apkgk was promoted as katrina's movie both were big hits, apkgk was amongst top 3 grossers of the year. what about padmavat was deepika in titular role. her movies barely opened and she thinks shes a superstar lol

If merely doing women centric movies makes one a superstar, then Sonam Kapoor should be one.

Aisha, Neerja, Ranjhana, Khoobsurat, Veere di Wedding, Zoya factor, Dolly ki Dholi and so on. Let us not go to Vidya Balan who has been doing only Women centric films since forever now. She should be called a Mega star then
