Kangana takes a dig at the government for keeping theatres closed

In her instagram post, Kangana wrote, ‘Maharashtra government is going to keep theaters closed until the culture of theater is completely eradicated from the film industry.

There are many films lined up for release in theaters and no one is worried about the artists, producers, distributors and theater operators. This clearly shows the different attitude of the state government towards the film industry and even now Bollywood (Bollywood) has decided to keep silence but one cannot ask questions to the best CM of the world."

This reminds me of the fable of a shepherd boy who cried wolf.

Her movie made 1.25 cr nett in Hindi over the last week. In several hundred theaters - that were mostly empty.

Maharashtra usually accounts for 30% of the Hindi market but that wouldn't have made her film a non disaster. The theater chains there also wouldn't have run it because of the 2 week Netflix window. It would have been about another half cr -maybe- and if Mumbai forgot about her calling it Pakistan.

Regardless, why would she want people to support something as evil as bullywood? 🤡

I think the Maha govt is not opening theaters just to see Kangana's movies flop. KJo ki movie aayegi toh corona-vorona bhulke they will open up the theaters! Naainsaafi!

What do I think about a person who - in other circumstances - caters to the ruling party...the focus is only - exclusively - on herself, using whatever makes her keeping relevant.
