I'm like donee🤡
I’ve struggled with pimples like since I can remember. They’re very ziddi with me never leave me alone and they’re like very bad ones too.
I’ve tried many things and I don’t like putting chemicals on my skin but here’s what helped me: I used to eat patanjali’s neem tablets and they really showed some results. It purifies your blood and it’s also amazing for immunity. Alongside that, I also used to drink their aloe juice. It’s super bitter so dilute it with water and drink it like a shot. Diet is also one of the factors that very imp. You should check if any food is a trigger. I have a friend who gets terrible acne with even a single bite of chocolate.
As already mentioned here, multani mitti packs are nice but for me it didn’t really work in solving the problem but it was soothing for my skin. I also add haldi, chandan and rose water in my face packs and use them once every two weeks.
I’ll pm you the rest of the tips.
You should get it checked if possible, lactose intolerance hain toh you might have to keep a check on the dairy products you consume😒
Agree with Ren here, hydrating yourself helps a lot. Coconut water is a very good option other than just normal water or infused water.
Apparently there aren't any exact checks for Lactose Intolerance other than very basic (washroom wale tests😃) - which is absolutely fine for me.
Doctors of the AT, please help.
So kuch samajh hi nahi aaraha. Meds ab khaana nahi chahti main.
Like for how many months can you keep having the strong meds back to back?
#Tiredrao😴 bhul gayi tum🤣
