I would recommend seeing a dermatologist if its severe.. but occasional breakouts.. use 1-4% benzoyl peroxide face wash.. and always wear an SPF when you step out.. no matter what time of the day.

Yeah, I have heard that Masks're one of the causes...And yes, I guess Sunscreen - I don't really apply it.

So that might be the one causing all the Partyy on my face😳

This is like my second breakout..the last one took 6months to clear but it did eventually...Now it's back again, I'm like mightily pissed

I have a couple of them on my forehead as we speak. But this is due to eating lots of oily and food that generates heat in the body and also could be because I have my shark week hahaha.

I usually have a clear skin despite drinking very less water. I think u should drink more water, eat cold things like curd, coconut water etc
