He is wrong here.

He has seen death in front of his eyes. More than anybody, Raghav knows what it feels like to lose somebody dear to the heart. He knows the pain of a sibling and son. He knows what his mother went through in that phase of time.

He is the same Raghav who didn't flinch to help a stranded girl in the middle of the road. He is the same Raghav who served so many people in disguise. He never stood cold to watch somebody in pain but he did today. His denial isn't the point his lack of empathy is the point.

He did feel bad - I def saw scenes where he was feeling guilty but 1) they’re not focusing on his reaction and 2) I don’t even think he’s letting himself dwell on it bc then Pallavi will find out and 3) Raghav doesn’t dwell if he thinks he can fix the situation. Hence the bag of money.
at the end of the day he feels bad but he didn’t know Abhishek that well to have an emotional connection to him.

I don’t think he’s denying anything but I think he compartmentalized his feelings to deal with the situation.

The guilt though is there. This guilt will build and that added to the guilt of lying to Pallavi is what will eat him alive.

Also while the CVs are pinning this on Raghav alone, Raghav is pinning this on ACP alone. His mind is focused on that and probably absolving himself of his own involvement.

Nobody’s talking about the ACP because she’s not the lead. Remember how nobody was talking about how Mandaar is at fault in the previous track? You only brought light to this fact that he’s not being talked about much because nobody cares. So nobody cares about the ACP. She will bear the consequences of her action behind the screen for all the audience care. Because it’s a Raghav Pallavi story!

And Raghav is being held accountable because Raghav is guilty period. First for smuggling, which is a white collar crime, but crime nonetheless. Just because everybody does it, doesn’t make it the right thing to do. And it gets so much more intense when somebody dies because of it. Raghav is guilty of it definitely, and the guilt will soon get to him. Yes he tried his best to avoid this and nothing was intentional. Which is why I love Raghav. But a life is lost here. It will soon overtake him totally, right now he’s in denial and redirecting all his guilt to the ACP. But deep down he knows ki galti toh us’se huyi hai. He had a part to play, he knows it. Not intentional, but ho gayi mistake. Somebody lost a son. It’s not a small deal, especially not for Raghav who has dealt with loss so closely. It will consume him.

Raghav was always meant to be grey. And all his grey-ness is on full display in this track. A wonderful track to address so many of his insecurities. Loving it.

The ACP is being held accountable by her Office. Atleast Thanks to the CVs for showing that.

But noone else is questioning the Police yet because they don't know what was Abhishek involved in. His mother, Pallavi & Nikhil all think that he was involved in some pretty shitty business cos he got killed in a Police Encounter, which he wasn't. A Customs-Tax evasion never & I repeat, never involves a shoot at sight order. You jail people, you interrogate them but you don't shoot- And I would want the Mother & Sister to address this specifically for the ACP. He wasn't a Terrorist & right now people can assume anything which is wrong even for the life that was snubbed out so brutally to satisfy someone's ego to catch a Businessman for his WhiteCollar Crimes.

I actually don't remember about this conversation during Mandaar's track, so can't say anything'bt that now.

Raghav isn't responsible for Abhishek's death. The onus lies only on the ACP's foolhardy actions & slightly on Abhishek. I have already stated each one of my reasons in Kiara's thread & it became pretty long cos of how back I went in.

I'll just restate one of the points I put out there - I don't believe that stealing a document & murdering people can be equated as the same kind of crime even if the law states otherwise in certain states. Nope, there's a big difference & thankfully, our country also agrees to that in comparison to other nations of the world(read the ones that consider themselves worthy of the title of Developed Nations).

Finding a leeway to save taxes is as different as chalk & cheese than comparing it to a murder. Even if we consider Raghav a criminal, I (because of my above opinions) believe that there're several levels of being one & Raghav might come under Stage1/2 but not at Stage10 (1 being lowest & 10 the highest).

I agree about this being a wonderful track. Hope the CVs are able to showcase realities than just making him a sinner/liar. Didn't like the extra dubbed last minute dialogue addition in Today's scene that he's lying to Pallavi even after promising her that he would pay the custom-duty charges. It suddenly adds another angle of him being a lying spouse rather than just addressing about the way his Business runs.

Bold: are you talking about the Don with a heart post?

Hola Rie,

Yes I'm talking'bt the same thread. Superexcitedd for the track to see how the CVs pan this out cos I want to see them putting the blame at the right people & not on Raghav as if he's the sinner. I don't think ITV has been able to do it yet so looking forward to how they take it ahead🤗

What I am trying to say is that to expect your partner or anyone for that matter can do nothing wrong sounds..I dunno.. very impractical and naive. That has got nothing to with love and trust. People dont always do something wrong to hurt someone, or break someone's trust..it could happen because maybe they felt they didnt have a choice or maybe because our views are different on a given matter..what my partner perceives as wrong, maybe not be wrong in my eyes.. hope I was able to convey my thoughts on this matter..

I don’t think there are any other incidents that would earn Pallavi’s mistrust in Ragahv. And the kind of person Pallavi is, she wouldn’t be in love with Raghav in first place if she didn’t trust him enough. She is in love and she chooses to believe in the person she loves. Especially after they have talked about this and he has made a promise to her. Now I get it that some people are very practical, and might choose to second guess a lot of things. But others are the kind who tend to give their all when in love and might feel that it’s unfair to not believe your partner on something they promised not to do? And there is nothing wrong with either ? It’s just the person she is and she cannot change that. Pallavi is just that girl who believes so much in love and promises, that nothing seems to be going wrong right now. She doesn’t even pester him much because he has told her to stay away from his work issues and she is trying to respect that the best she can. (Which is whole another topic, because it’s a little hurtful to hear that from your partner and still trying to respect it 🥺)

The another reason is they are so new. It’s been what, a month since they confessed? And 2 since they got married?

@bold: Raghav and Pallavi are so young in love yet. She has seen Raghav doing one good deed after another post their marriage. She has come to believe that he is a good man with his heart in the right place and that’s only why she fell in love with him. Then they have a conversation about tax evasion and he promises her that he wouldn’t do it now. She believes him. I do not see why she wouldn’t or why she shouldn’t? They are not 10-12 years into their marriage, very comfortable, know each other inside out to be able to think that anything else can be the case. And which is exactly why she would be so hurt when she discovers that she was being lied to all this time. Because usne socha hi nhi ki Raghav jhooth nhi bolega kya! Did she even have enough time or reason to think that? Now we can’t say she is wrong with putting so much faith in him and is inviting the hurt her way!

And this is also the most natural reaction when a stranger like Sunny, who you know is very shrewed and has purposefully tried to drive you two apart earlier, comes and blames your husband. You wouldn’t believe him for a second.

PS- You know even if Pallavi didn’t have this conversation with Raghav about tax evasion and wasn’t given a reassurance by him - I would still get why she would believe him over everything and everyone else. That’s what being new in love feels like. It’s all butterflies and sunshine initially. And Pallavi feels safe enough with him to allow herself fall in love like that, and rightfully so. Raghav’s whole life has been revolving around her ever since they got married. I would call her naive only if she was trusting Raghav for nothing. Being unconditionally in love is not naive. It’s just that, being in love.

@BALH2: I've seen a few clips on IG - I need to watch the entire episode. I really liked what I saw. I stopped watching PS & GHKKPM and I haven't watched a kdrama in months now.

Gonna catch up with BALH2, and I'm continuing where I left off on Hospital Playlist (kdrama) to balance it all out too :)

I generally follow only one show but currently I'm surprised to say ITV has options that I actually wanna give a chance to after so long. Infact, I don't remember if I ever followed more than 1 show ever.

BALH2 is something that I was looking forward to🤗

And they haven't disappointed till yesterday's Episode too so that's good. Forewarning: If you're starting to watch it - the Editing of the Initial Episodes till 10 is really shoddy, but after that it became fine so be ready to deal with that issue😆

PS still has its moments - like Today's Episode was good but yeah it is trying to balance the TRP Tropes & its initial fun buildup so I give it a watch somedays but I'm not as concentrated on it as some dialogues make me so cringee.

Hola Ruby,

Great to meet another silent reader coming out of her shell🤗

On a lighter note, I can’t believe that I have to explain why a person would trust someone they love 🤣🤣 (because that is SO BASIC)😌

Did the makers throw out Pallavi's past track completely ? I don't see Sunny even thinking about it anymore. It makes sense if they show Sunny trying to do dual attack on Raghav - Pallavi but looks like Sunny is now behind Raghav only.

I am surprised that there has been no scene between Keerti and Amma till now. Is it intentional or the creative's being lazy ?
