They could have shown the dance the same way did show during Purvi - Vipul's sangeet...

There was no need for Daksh to be in between. Just at the start and end and we would understand that she was dancing with Daksh but imagining Vir. Though the editing and Dhwani’s reactions were confusing.
Again the editors ruined a perfectly good PurVir scene.

I think till the end Dhwani was imagining vir but the editors can done a better job ( vaise to koi umeed nai hai )
