I think her anger is mostly from how the whole thing played out in front of everyone. The way Neeraj was claiming that the bride to be is in madly in love with her and cannot love anyone else- is too humiliating, insulting (to both the families) and cringe worthy.

But it became a tamasha only because Mami made such a big deal of it, exclaiming in a loud voice, followed by Nandini confronting Meera in front of the whole party.

Neeraj was talking only to Maitri, not announcing it over the loudspeaker. They could easily have called Neeraj Priya and Meera aside and had this discussion quietly. So if anyone, Nandini needs to blame Mami for the tamasha, not anyone else.

in reality no one goes about sharing past love stories and family secrets with future mils just a day after agreeing to an arranged marriage.

Nandini is not too keen on either of the marriages but has agreed for 1 sole reason- her daughter.

The social disparity affects her a lot, and she has a superiority complex as well. She believes that she has done a favour to the Soods by accepting Priya’s hand.. so everything will elicit a reaction instead of seeking polite clarification..

I suppose it hasn’t been disclosed that she is stepmom who uses Ram as a personal genie in a lamp or that Mahendra has left his family due to his gender bias??🤨🤔

by God if it brings out the protective side of Ram and Priya when they are not even in love..I am all game!💃

I just want Priya to use her sarcasm if not direct verbal spray till she falls in love and/or somehow goes into Mahaan bechari mode.

Nandini is a typical selfish high class woman🤔. She is expert at hiding but when others do that her sachai ki murti avtar comes out😆. Hypocrisy at it's peak🤣

Nandini's character in these previous episodes are a little over. There was no need for her to oppose to everything about Priya and her family like she is doing these days. She was the desperate one to get PriRa married due to her daughter and she in no ways is conservative in her thoughts, I mean her daughter had a pregnancy scare before marriage. She never told Priya or her family that she is Ram's step mom or regarding Vedika. So she really have no right to ask all these to Priya in front of everyone and to be angry as if this is really an arranged marriage.
