Arey you didnt get my point. Its execution and cinematography is quite fast paced and gripping which is connecting audience to the show. Storyline is already there the show is about a middle age north eastern mother Nima who will make her identity in this age. The show was promoted in a misleading manner otherwise the plot is fair. Other things that you mentioned are a part of Nima's painful past that will make her strong in the future.

Nima itna bhi bura show nahi hai jitna hum sochte hai. Its a content storytelling like from her painful days to her success. There's no bullshit like EMA and all. I read in comment section that the sautan and saas are the cartoon characters of this show, they are comic reliefs.
