I think Adi tries to get a bit too close to Meera which she doesnt like. Ti mhante tichya vishwasala dhakka basla....so guess she didnt like his behaviour. Malhaar types asnar hyacha pan.....pan hi meera ahe manu nahi, so hine sagla todun takla asel

Yes, knowing Meera's views about intimacy, Adi must have crossed the line and that was reason enough for their break up. Meera must have trusted him to respect boundaries set by her and he failed to do that.
