I don't think any of the options will apply. She or Daksh will back out the wedding after she/he finds out her true feelings for Vir. So she may find out the truth but her memory won't come back in time for the wedding, in my opinion.

Quite possible. If D knows abt Purvi, he ll back out. Then Purvi ll stay in haweli and regains her memory slowly

Exactly what I think will happen. I don't think Purvi will actually back out. She needs a backbone to do that and she seems to have misplaced hers since Sakshi came in the picture. She'll remember all the favours and will be ready to still get married. So everything will probably depend on Daksh.

How I wish Vir calls the police and they say she can't get married as she's already married.😂
