Am I the only one who thinks all the dhol Nagada ( the irony of them being in sync and on the same beat only for the drum itself to break)

And ladder balcony things take away from what shivi needs. Is it hella filmy ? Hella entertaining? Yes.

But it's just pointless plotwise ? It just seems very shallow

It's still shiva and his insecurities, raavi taunting him. Both of them hurting and set on hurting the other as much as possible.

I don't think raavi wants to make him jealous ,and tbh I think shiva's attracted, but this isn't love yet. It feels very like ,I just want your attention, I don't want your love move to me .

And if I'm being blunt , at this rate this could if it was irl at all ,end in a blow up all out fight - one night stand and that's it.

So the Raavi "itna kiya" things- I have thought a lot about it. I think it refers to the fact that she overcome her anger and started taking up her responsibilities at home with a smile. Do I completely agree with them 😕 Not really- She should have shown her anger at the correct people like Dev or Rishitha, but that is a totally different topic. I'll give her that- she fount her peace with the family despite facing a huge blow from them few months ago. And I think her telling Shiva that she wants to move on and asking him what he wants in a wife also is enough for a lot of people to say tbag she is trying.

And I feel, yes, she started trying, but her beliefs and her attitude about Shiva showed in very subtle ways. Ultimately, Shiva is just about ok in her books- I can't say for sure, but had Sneha kaand not happened, Raavi might have found more appealing things in Shiva 🤷‍♀️ But for now, I have not seen anything to tell me that Raavi thinks highly of Shiva or respects him. There were token scenes of her standing up to Rishitha and Sneha, but I wish they would have her think or say cleary that she specifically respects him. Not just "Shut up". Because when Rishitha says "Why are you getting angry, does the truth hurt?", Raavi conveniently shuts up Had she said "Just because Shiva speaks his mind in a gruff tone, does not make him Jaahil or Junglee. He is speaking in anger, where anyone can slip up, educated or not", it would have given Shiva the message she is actually on his side.

All she says is "How dare you say such things?" or just "shut up". The only inference I could make is that Raavi somewhere agress with the notion- she has been brought up with those ideas- first set by Maami and later reinforced by her friends. She feels ashamed that such things are brought up because she is now in a relationship with him. But had she not be married to him, would she have really stood up for him? I am not convinced she would have 😕

And that is Shiva's dilemma. Of course he does not want to let her go, he likes her. But on the other hand, if he gives in and invests himself further with the relationship- he is probably setting himself up for heartbreak. It is clear that in isolated environments, that they are fine- Raavi will be good to him. I'll keep aside the whole teasing and Dev bits aside for now. But when they interact with the real world, her discomfort springs out. Sorry, personally, the Surat-Sirat dialogue does not cut it for me.

The unintended comparison will seep into their lives- because despite what Raavi says, the differences do matter to Raavi. I don't remember seeing Raavi proud of Shiva for anything. I have seen softness and love for the family, but not pride (correct me if I am wrong) Shiva is something to be hodden away from the world to see- not proudly displayed by her side.

Shiva, for all his idiocy and lunacy, is right 😐 Wih ghut ghut ke rahegi, and he being the observant partner, would see her regret and her helplessness, and will suffer silently along with her. The family will happily move on and be in their lala land. And just imagine a child in this mix They will be setting up another generation with deep rooted issues 🙄

I firmly disagree with people who think Shiva is jealous and is expecting Raavi to love him back. Shiva has never been that clueless. I feel his "Mein Raavi ke layak nahin hoon" has more to do with her respecting him tahn loving him. I do not see respect for Shiva in any of Raavi's expressions or actions 🤷‍♀️

The family forcing a sorry will just be a band-aid fix. Without trust and respect(let's leave out love for now), shiVi are doomed to a life of unhappiness. Which is what Shiva is fighting against for Raavi's sake. Raavi really doesnot trust or respect him 😕 Shiva, I am not sure- I think he also does not trust and respect her 🤔

I was like mere shiva ke liye fight karne wala kaun aa gaya.....and it was u sweetheart 😘 🤗

and the points u have penned down are facts, truth .....he likes her and going towards love but respect and trust not their....trust as in her character is not the issue....whole relationship trust....coz she has never understood depth of their relationship....the disconnect and superficial things will definitely not make him trust her judgments/feelings.....

if he bares his heart to her and she says something what she has been saying or make fun of him is one of his concerns too

I stopped posting anywhere coz my thoughts are way different den all and m not given concession to him for his bad behavior.....that has to be dealt separately

I have lost interest in ShiVi to be honest. Now when I watch VMs also I don't enjoy as much. I feel Shiva is better off alone if he gets over Raavi 😐

Anyways, I am not sure of I will get back to PS- GauRa are butchered and have no storyline, Suman is also not looking good in the LU, Krish is now annoying, ShiVi are well... ShiVi. The only person who might come back for is Rishitha 😆(cannot believe I am saying this 🤣). Her track looks promising- managing housework and career while batting off Suman. Atleast someone is growing in this story 😒

i feel they are deliberately trying show shivi bad and others good....don't understand the logic though.....I watch for Shiva.....I get irritated with the dialogues they give him but .....can't help....

krish is in my that list from where no redemption is allowed.....baki sab characters r part of that list...

Rishita’s story is going fine and i like that too but she doesn't interests me being a mausami feminist....

why dont these people hire a maid? only sensible person is risihita now..

Frustrated rant indeed!!!! It's because you are ranting it shows that you care or cared about Shivi. But the Makers basically don't want us to care for these two characters, they want us to care for Dhara and her mahanta, Mahasaas and her sudden need for attention and Rishita and her dreams. The biggest draw for this series is Shivi and the writers are leaving no stone unturned in making them toxic, irredeemable and butchering their individuality slowly and cruelly.

I totally agree with the fandom the it's because Kanwar and Alicia play them so much grace and chemistry that even badly written scenes which are cringeworthy, we watch them.!!!

From frequent mention of the OG, I get that the series and the relationships and the dynamics have been handled in a very mature manner and the series has been running for a long time now. So, is it truly the lure of Trps that is forcing the makers to butcher these characters in this regressive manner????

My point on Shiva has been simple from the start....Dude what was your endgame when you took the responsibility of marriage with a girl rejected by your brother, forced on you by your God of a Babhimaa and you yourself knew everything about her aspirations, dreams and past history???

I will not give Shiva or anybody the benefit of the doubt here, to say I didn't know...you took the responsibility and you have to see it through. I completely disagree when Shiva says he tried to give Raavi a chance at their relationship. Nope....never!!!! He saved her, he cared about her but never did he let her near him, he never a single step to mend the bridge of misunderstanding and hatred. She was always Mami ki behen ki beti.

Not defending Raavi and her sometimes dumb choices, but she above all else tried to become something to Shiva, a stranger, a friend or a wife of his liking. She was trying to move on.

To people who are questioning her purpose of adjustment, please tell me what choice does she have in her situation. She was trying to move on from broken dreams and promises. She is a doobi, she doesn't realise her attraction to Shiva but once bitten twice shy.

Maybe if she had a good footing in her rather tumultuous relationship with Shiva, she might have gotten better at understanding him.

All I want for her to get that one chance from Shiva an olive branch, little affection for her, I believe the character of Raavi is capable of loving Shiva unconditionally.

But Shiva is fearful, agreed he has his reasons, completely agree with his family, Raavi and others have never given him the confidence to believe that he could be the choice for Raavi.. But the Shiva we all saw, wasn't he a unbothered soul, he was just so much above to this wordly insecurity, a force to be reckoned with. I believed and believe our Chattan Pandya is not weak or afraid and when he finds his Gauri, he will keep her, come what may....

So makers Bring us back our Chattan Pandya, we miss him, more than anything else in this show.

Why there are so much expectations from shiva ? Shiva better stand up for raavi when his family humiliates her. Did raavi ever do that ? Her "maasi please" doesn't count here tbh right from their marriage people pointed fingers at shiva about how he's not worthy of raavi with or without his presence. And raavi let them talk. Even when she was standing up for shiva when Rishita name called him and asked "why,did the truth hurts you ?" The great raavi gone silent 🤔 so she agree with whatever Rishita said. That is shiva being the junglee , gawar and jaahil. Raavi thinks shiva is an animal 🤣( Expect when he saves her from some goons ofc ) what do I even expect from her ? lol

I kinda saw it coming that raavi will come back after knowing dhara's pregnancy news hopefully this time she won't ask shiva to "grow up " if his insecurities thing came to light again. It's so insensitive of her. Whoever writing raavi's dialogue must be disliking her alot.

For all the stunt shiva pulls he seems to be the only sane character in the show. He won't flip his narratives overnight like raavi does and don't go around blackmailing people like dhara did.

Raavi's decision to come back to pn seems like solely hers (as of precap) so if things gone wrong she better stands up for herself !!
