epi starts with abhijeet walking into the shareholders office...they ask him how come he came back...abhi says that he wants his money back but the guy conviences him otherwise...abhi refuses but the guy says that he can't get the money back the guy asks abhi to leave....they get into a fist fight...the guy throws abhi out...
at home abhi and kinju are talking about wat will happen...kinju says that dad shouldn't know about this...kinju understands abhi when urmila walks in and kinju says to her to bring some reports for the hospital she leaves and kinju and abhi are tensed about the money when kinju says she will return and leaves...urmila comes back asking for kinju when abhi makes an excuse saying kinju has something important...
at the loan office kinju asks for a second installment but she is saddened because it can't be done...at the hospital urmila and abhi are waiting for kinju...urmila calls her kinju checks her phone and hesistates to pick it up but manages...her mom questions her she says to give the phone to abhi it's important...kinju asks abhi to take urmila home they will meet there and they hang up....kinju is tensed to how she will tell abhi about the money...
at the office kanu's bro and step mom come to kanu saying that she gives praniv 15% of her shares and so it will make him able to make the big decisions..kanu is shocked...he says he will sign the file and so they should not try to blackmail him or else...step mom says that he doesn't scare them...she gives kanu a couple of hours to think to sign the papers they walk away...
doc's office kinju apologizes for being late...she asks for some time to arrange money...she asks doc to start her treatment...doc says that she already got the money and the treatment has already began....kinju is confused...when doc says that neena has done so...outside the hospital kinju meets neena and her mom in law and she is saddened to see how much neena is cared by her mother in law...they take kinju with them...

they arrive at the mandir...neena stops kinju asking her y she is crying...kinju says that she is really grateful of wat she has dome for her...neena says that urmila is like her mom too....kinju goes on praising her when they are called by kanu's mom for aarti...aarti starts as kinju thinks off wat neena had asked her for her baby...the aarti ends...
kinju stops neena telling her that she will give her the baby..neena is pleased....

sandya enters kanu's office to blackmail him again...😡..she goes on with her nonsense talk...scaring kanu wat if she dies....kanu asks sandya to shut up and get out...she leaves...
at home urmila is worried about kinju...neena walks in with kinju...neena calms urmila down saying that she was with her they went to the mandir...neena sits urmila down and asks urmila about eating food and medicine...urmila asks her y she is so happy neena says that from today her treatment has began...neena thinks to herself that she should get kinju to sign adoption papers soon...the end....
