 The princess of Bollywood is said to be beaming these days. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is on cloud nine on having the cake and eating it too! When marriage spells doom for a heroine's career, this damsel's luck seems to have come to her, post marriage to Abhishek Bachchan.Abhishek's own career doesn't seem to be going anywhere but his wife's sure is! Having bagged some of the plum projects in Hindi, and the much touted Rajinikanth starrer Robot, Aishwarya just does not have the time for Hollywood, maybe? She was supposed to star in Pink Panther, but as the lady herself puts it, "My husband's grandma (Teji Bachchan), who is my grandmom too, was really unwell. International film contracts are very strict on dates and timelines. And I wanted to be back home for Diwali, Karwa Chauth and of course, wanted to spend time with our grandmom as much as possible!" Aishwarya, sure knows how to be the purrfect daughter-in-law! What say readers? |
