As far as my understanding is concerned Actors don't pen down farewell posts if they have been informed beforehand that their character might return in the show. They write farewell post only when to show their final gratitude to makers , cast and crew. It only means he is himself willingly opting out of the show and will not return to play the character

I think ved return will take some time mostly 1-1.5 months

But don't you think sudden appearance of nikhil is suspicious. I mean the actor got available so they made him re entry. He might be vengeful towards raghav for sending him jail. And the show needs another villain from deshmukh sides after mandar exit. And sunny is another villain as son in law of raos.

So according to me it will be nikhil +sunny who are going to do villainy

Jo bhi ho, I don't mind. But Nikhil isn't a shrewd guy so maybe he just resents Raghav because of what he did to him, but seeing Pallavi he may no longer hate Raghav. It also depends on what story BWA and Mansi or Sunki tell him against Raghav, they might blame him for Mandaar or might never tell him the truth about Mandaar in order to make him look like a saint.

Or, he might just join Raghav's business and get into trouble.

Since Farhad is paired with Amrita, Nikhil might end up being the one to save Keerti in the end. They have all sorts of khichdi planned for this show. I hope they don't butcher Nikhil's character, please. He's such a sweet kid. I feel as if the entire fandom is happy to see him back on the show. Sandip timed this very well.
