Adi has been a drama queen from day 1 - only it is Imlie who either calls him out on it, or coddles him despite it, depending on the situation. Like how she was berating him during their first cycle ride and asking him to live a little and when she called him out during their first bike ride about why he hated the rains - Imlie ne humesha uske nakhron ka sahi jawab diya hai😆. But when she feels he needs a bit of TLC, the poor thing will also treat him like the kid he becomes in front of her and nurture his hurt, which makes him feel cherished. On the other hand, Adi will keep reminding her to take of herself and focus on herself coz he knows that bakiyon ke chakkar main she will completely disregard herself. This is why their relationship works, despite the odds against it.

See the episode on Saturday did not bother me on Adi's characterization, coz the guy always behaves that way when he gets angry - nothing new. Also I don't think he accused Imlie - he just asked her why she lied, coz he wanted to know why she did what she did despite promising him that she will not allow SK to escape. His question and him telling her about SK not hearing him out before shooting him was his anger at being put in a position that could have endangered Imlie's life. My issue was more towards him giving everyone else like AC and his elders a free pass and only honing on SK and calling him a jaanwar - that was uncalled for, specially after what the other have done to Imlie being far worse. Baaki the other thing that tired me was the status quo going back to square one despite everything that happened this week.

Baaki even now I don't feel Adi's character has gone too far or has deviated from his core in anyway - he just has fallen back in his old ways and is not willing to learn from his mistakes - that we all do at some point or the other in our lives, and we actually learn only when we get a rude awakening, which Adi will get, to jolt him out of his comfort zone and face the consequences of his ostrichpana. Till then yeh aise hi chalta rahega aur hume frustrate karta rahega.

So because you mentioned it and it is pretty much I have been thinking- they have not really shown whether SK escaped....I think he is pretty much there in T house. ofcourse it is a wait and watch to see if he surrenders on Monday or if he just hides in the khufiya go-down of T's- leading to more drama our way!

Imli did say SK didn’t flee she knows where he was. But he could go to jail if Malini went along😆.

Imli knows MC is up to no good now and anyone who puts BS’s life on the line even if it’s SK can’t get away with it.

She will push MC’s buttons and the unglued princess who’s been staying at T house, breaking bread with them and joining in on the crying chorus will sing like a canary about her own crimes, maybe even add AC’s kidnapping of Adi. Pareshhan mode is when the pampered princess let it all out.

Since she decided she wanted Adi back she’s been acting more wild and on a dare on full desperation mode. She will sooner or later bring it all in the open.

Adi will be reminded about “Rishton logic pe nahi viswas pe chalta hai”. Lot of groveling to Imli if he doesn’t heed her words now.

The main issue most of the people including medoesn’t like Saturday’s epi since he doesn’t called out openly the imlie’s pain & suffering… only focus on Aparna’ s pain families pain etc… hope at end of this track he may admit Atleast to imlie why he was mad at SK.

Other main characters trait of AKT is he shows to be perfect, even to his family, being at work place , or Malini etc … but he was true self to imlie but only…

We may so sweet to our friends.. but we may show true self to our family members… but here AKT is not even shown his true nature to family may be his family is no way like that… he was always true self to imlie only.. that’s why Malini even see different adhithya after marriage and starts complaining…(but she is in a delusional state like that all that indifference come due to imlie… actually he was the same … )

Drawback was there … but it was original AKT. In his anger he may forget he indirectly targeted imlie’s family… at end when imlie breakdowns we may get his heartfelt apology…

Yes you are right… he needs a Dhaka but hasn’t he had enough with seeing imlie in harms way repeatedly for him lately in kidnapping and NDe. Seeing someone you love in danger and knowing how close U came to loosing them is a big Dhaka. I dunno. Maybe cos imlie hasn’t told him to take a hike.. maybe he needs to hear that form her that she is done and that might be yeh Dhaka he needs. Baki j am also a bit exhausted with this rinse and repeat . It’s gotten to the point where I am going what someone posted on birdie comes true that a resolution is soon maybe this week end and u all know my thoughts on birdie so u can imagine my frustration 😂😂😂 so I must be desperate now

So true Midnight and I completely agree. The guy has always been his true self only in front of Imlie. As for calling out Imlie's sacrifice - he did mention it to his family in the beginning and then as usual they brushed it off. See the guy has understood that no matter what he says or does, his family is not going to accept Imlie. The guy is in that house only because Imlie wants to be there, warna toh isne toh kab ka bahar jaane ka plan bana diya tha. Anyone who tries to give me the "He should have taken a stand for her" argument - he does as much as he can. He cannot stop people from coming to his home, as it is not his house, it is his parents house. He cannot leave the house as he knows that his wife will not be happy if she becomes the reason he is away from his family. Him sitting on the divorce is the only point I agree where he is being complacent and not doing anything, which is frustrating, but again this is also his standard character trait, so cannot really expect much from him there - woh bolta bahut hai, lekin karte waqt he is always one that will only do something if Imlie is fine with it. Hence while I wish he was more vocal and more pushy to get his family to accept Imlie, I don't really expect much from the ostrich.

See the NDE that have happened in the recent past has had them face it together and come out safe together. So for Adi, kuch bhi ho jaye, he will always have Imlie with him. Also all the NDE have been dure to circumstances outside of their relationship by third parties, hence he feels that he does not need to think about his own actions.

The issue is when she leaves because of him - that will be the only time he can introspect within himself about his own behaviour. Till then this guy will happily or angrily face the world assuming that all is well in his relationship with Imlie and that she will be by his side no matter how he treats her.
