I am still confused with this, If they had shot the scene without any tool and Amar had lift her for real then why the previous BTS and the actual scene was different?

Maybe the real lift was just to take shot of how Amar lifts her but because of Amar's surgery he couldn't hold her like that for too long so they used support to show he is holding her during their eyelock.

This makes sense. So they took the shot of Amar lifting her up, but they had to opt for a ladder for the longer shoot of their eyelock 😳 which is understandable as he couldn't pressurize his legs for long. I am just so happy they didn't go for BD for this shot, infact the hands over her bare waist was of Amar only, I had to zoom in and research properly to assure myself it was his hands, and it turned out to be his hands
