Work ethics and professionalism is so much better here in Canada, although some times, when you're working with Desi people they do try to get their way around specially if they're on a higher position, but I just had to remind them once, hello, this is counted as work harrasment, you have no right on my personal time, and that was it. 😃 there should be set timings for work just like fixed salary, otherwise it should be hourly.... if some one is working 20 hrs, he/she should be paid for 20 hrs

You can, but then they make sure they sweetly dump everything during work hours on you. And that's gonna be so much, you end up working over time, anyway.
