No quote or anything bas one long email kind thing about how 20 percent warning level or so but Thikh hain nothing serious just a warning. I anyway always have a habit of landing in trouble and being punished for things I don't do. So I think I'll be careful . I guess forum PA one or two other people as well got a warning.

Lol, all this is so unprofessional what you guys are going through.

Work ethics and professionalism is so much better here in Canada, although some times, when you're working with Desi people they do try to get their way around specially if they're on a higher position, but I just had to remind them once, hello, this is counted as work harrasment, you have no right on my personal time, and that was it. 😃 there should be set timings for work just like fixed salary, otherwise it should be hourly.... if some one is working 20 hrs, he/she should be paid for 20 hrs

I'm like maine toh kuch bola bhi nahi but still I'd rather be careful.i guess one or two other people on the forum have received a warning as well before. I have a very bad habit of getting punished for things I never do.

It's just a warning so nothing serious.

Also a new labour law is going to come by Oct 1. Already majority of us working for 10 to 12 hrs, hardly a day we get leave. Now the new law is starting for work upto 9 to 12 hrs.... even if four day work and three day is made for 12 hrs working a day, can't say if private companies will apply it. They are also saying there will be changes in salary too.

Instead of normal days we are going to get more hard days.

I once used this last year, when my eyes were paining like hell after using the screen for several hours at a stretch,

I got a positive response from both the party, my company and the client..
