That can happen. One of the mentors, Sachin Vamiki, in The CTeam (TCT) is ex SARGMPA. I have seen Senjuti Das (again SRGMPA) work behind the scenes on Idol.
Voluntary work for Sony's own use resource will always be permitted. Even behind the scenes paid work should be fine. If they are on screen, then there are issues which can be sorted out based on fee payments to Sony.

Here is a tip for Aru fans. Keep your eye on this driver. I figure he may not be just another driver for the two. He may be what all celebs have - a bodyguard cum driver.

Okay. Thanks for explaining. I guess offscreen work for TCT would be a way to remain connected and keep earning - both of which can only help.

Why on earth would Arunita follow a driver on IG when she does not even follow Abhinav Srivastava (for random ex)
And his profile pic. suggests he is more than a driver. Plus the post itself is strongly suggestive of a relationship that is not for just 1 day!
