Meera rejects offers from Indian filmmakers

Pakistani actor Meera, who made her Bollywood debut with Mahesh Bhatt's Nazar, believes quality is more important than quantity while selecting roles. "Post-Nazar, I have rejected 20-25 offers, including some from very big banners. I do not want to get typecast. It is not the quantity, but the quality, that matters while selecting a role,'' Meera said. The starlet is back in India, this time with Salakhain, which is the second Pakistani movie to be released after Khuda Kay Liye recently.

The movie, which also stars Ahmed, a newcomer from across the border, was premiered in Mumbai on Thursday.
