Yes dear. I am regular with my exercises. It really helps.
Earlier I used to play badminton too. But sadly I had to give it up due to covid.... Can't go out and play.
But I do Yoga regularly. Also try to keep in check the body weight around the middle.
This is a nice choice for Biplab. I used to see Biplab as Sachi from Ishq.

Hey!! no, donât feel that way. Weâre good! Back pain or any pain in the body is excruciating, I donât want you to feel the added pressure of not updating. Your thoughts for the readers is much appreciated though. Hope the pain subsides.
DON'T exercise while the pain is fresh. Only complete bedrest on your side for atleast 2 days.
The exercise part is to be done after a week or so, that is after the pain subsides., and don't start with stretching please.
Walking is the best to start with anyday.
