The wait for the suitable boy opposite Ishita Dutta in Thoda Sa Baadal Thoda Sa Paani is finally over. The makers have roped in Karan Suchak to play the male lead. He will play Anurag Basu, a cardiologist by profession. Karan is returning to TV after a gap of almost two years. He was last seen in Meri Hanikarak Biwi, which wrapped up in 2019.
The show also features Harshad Arora. Was he apprehensive about taking up a twin-hero show? He answers, “According to the narration, I am the protagonist and I am absolutely fine with the graph of my character. Even if I am sharing screen space with another guy, it doesn’t matter as far as I am confident about my work and my talent.”
