It doesnt make them responsible for harassment but they r responsible for there non action. Let me be clear. No one is saying she was harrased because of anything she did. It doesnt work that way. Ppl r sick to do these things and it doesnt matter what u do or not but they will do dt. So harassment is not there fault but what u do in response is on u.

And yes ppl freeze IRL. But this wasnt sudden or for the first time. And IRL too freezing dont happen when u expect it. It just not about harassment. Humans have tendency to get in shock on any sudden thing. It can be as simple as a scary sudden boo. But if u expect or know and den also u don't do sn u r not absolved of responsibility.

She could have also been silent because she was afraid that something would happen to her or aai if she retaliated. I believe that even if you fail to fight back because of shock, or trauma(even if it is expected) or because you are scared of being hurt more or your family being hurt you are absolved of responsibility. Basically unless you want it to happen, you aren't responsible.. I doubt you can convince me otherwise and I doubt that I can also change your opinion so I guess I'll just leave it here.
