Awesome analysis everyone! I hope writers are aware of what they are doing and we audience are not pulling our hairs for non existent layered feelings of Sai.
If executed properly Sai’s realisation would be a treat to watch. Loving Virat - like a forbidden food. Virat himself has asked her not to even think about it, most of his family members hated the idea of them being together and was not supportive, at times Ashwini and other members made her think about the ‘love’.. then Virat started changing and Sai also started to feel feelings.. yet never allowed thoughts to grab that forbidden fruit to even cross her mind.. never went there yet enjoyed the company and care of Virat, and made everyone aware, brutally at times, that she has been asked to never expect anything else.. I think we tend to forget that she was explicitly told by Virat that his love can never be hers and time and again it was reinforced by his family members and his so called pyari cheez.
Now she not only has to acknowledge that she may have started harbouring ‘loving’ feelings towards her Virat sir, fight insecurity and fear that he might never love her before eventually accepting that he might have fallen in love with her and confession. Despite less than average storytelling and sifting focus in last few weeks, if CVS try then they can make it a beautiful journey of Sai joshi.,
I definitely think that things could have been different for Sairat but we all know that story is heading towards Sai’s realisation as per ctrl+c and ftrl+V kd., so embracing this track and hoping for the best and less pp is all we could do..
Hopefully Sai joshi and ayesha will get to shine in coming weeks!
I would watch Neil and Ayesha even if they were only reading out their thoughts posted here. That is what is missing in the show, Virat and Sai exploring their feelings.
Thanks for detailed analysis of both their points of view.

My POV...she is only holding herself back because of the confusing situation..isn't it?
Just a discussion😊
I don’t believe that it is true.
Her problem is the confusing situation and that is why she is holding herself back.
Saw many people saying that through this track, Sai will become Virat's wife. Had briefly posted my thoughts on this as a response to Nethra in this thread, but wanted to paste where what I just sent to Laksh 😊

If Sai doesn't see Virat as a man, then why has she been ready to kiss him every time he has tried to make a move? Why has she stared at him with attraction at multiple points throughout the show? Why does Pakhi's love (lust) for Virat bother her so much? Why was she unable to hear about Virat's past from the yoga instructor? The list of questions can go on. If that is how someone behaves with/feels for their dad, then I don't really know what to say.
Sai's realization is not going to result in her all of a sudden becoming his wife- she already is his wife. Her heart has already accepted it. To me, her realization is one of ending her confusions about Virat's disconnect between his words and actions... about understanding that his past really is in the past...the problem is the mental barriers she has put up to defend herself... not that she does not see Virat as her husband and/or a man.
And in terms of Virat's needs as a man.... I don't think that is at issue here. His issue is that Sai (to him) sees this marriage as a deal and nothing else. His issue is that she is misunderstanding his love. His issue is that despite everything they have been through, she is still not on the same page as him (again, from his POV). If Sai had not hurt him like she did during their anniversary fight, I truly believe he would have carried on in their messy/unlabeled relationship just like has been up until this point. Because, at the end of the day, all he wants is to be with her.
