I haven't watched it.. I told my mom last weekend lets watch on Sunday.. and she was like ok, we will.. but ab she is like ladai waali film nai dekhni.. samajh nai aa raha... wait karu mummy ka ya dekh lu.. but aajkal aisi movies ka overdose ho raha hai.. I'm not gonna watch bell bottom and bhuj waali movie.. Aisa lag raha hai BW ko saari deshbhakti ek saath dikhani hai.

I just miss old romantic classic BW movies.. Aajkal ek bhi aisi movie nai aa rahi.. Romantic movies these days are so thanda.. these used to be BW ki USP.. 😭

Oh I was going to write the same thing.

I watched the movie, it is well made and all. But that genre is saturated at least for me. Objectively I can see efforts in the movie, but I got bored. I have seen too many such movies in last couple of years.

I need good old BW movies not biopics, preachy and deshbhakti movies anymore.

I think its the worst era for BW - musically and movie wise.

There are just few movies that are actually enjoyable in the romantic genre.. it makes me realise the magic of BW was mostly because how actors like SRK, Rani, Kajol, Kareena, Preity pulled it off..I recently rewatched Jab tak hai Jaan after years when it was first released. Katrina has ruined the movie completely with her emotionless acting. Veer Zaara was soft and slow too - but Preity has performed beautifully.

Salman bhai is salman bhai - same in all the movies 😆

Speaking of Kat, the one movie where I genuinely liked her acting was New York.

That movie had some very good songs as well! ( Tune jo na kaha probably my fav)

The close up shot of Nora Fatehi's breasts is so terrible and in poor taste in the initial few seconds.. it was so unnecessary. 🤢

I liked New York and Namastey London. Other than that Katrina is such a bad actor. She ruined many movies with her presence 😆
