Beautiful Opening Scene

Thanks for giving the Keerthi that we all desperately. I don't know how longer can it go the way, it's going in the series - She's a Rao. None of them have disappointed us yet she turns out to be a complete black sheep.

I loved how you changed Keerthi's dialogue here that she does love Raghav more than Sunny. The Rakhi scene was well-done with all the emotions playing at an high for the estranged siblings reunion.

(How wonderful Amma must have been in their childhood that she's yet again the reason for them to bond❤️)

His "Tum mere ho", playing in the background of his brain. It seemed to be stuck with him forever, ever since he saw Pallavi. - You're funny Kiara🤣

I wanna see how the 'Raos get Him' now😎

Thank you 🤗

I know right, keerti is a RAO. Unke DNA mein stupid gene kaha se aagaya? 😆 I hope CVs redeem her. She still has a chance but I don’t think they will....I loved her so much, I felt heartbroken when she turned negative 😭 Brother and Sister bond is so precious, I wish she ties him a rakhi with her heart this time...Raghav is so broken....

You know, that song, Tum mere ho, I woke up with that song playing in my head and I swear it played in my head all night that I couldn’t sleep, woke up at an odd hour to listen to other songs, then I threw a pillow over my face 🤣

Whattttt! No, we have enough of Mandaar already lattoo over that song. Get it out of your head before it suffocates you🤣

I was also pretty shocked when they turned her a Black character (Grey ka pun nahi jhela jaega merese😆) . Though her actions aren't understandable, I think I know what lines CVs're gonna use if they have to redeem her. And it's not gonna be Amma's love alone.

Part 3

It had been over three days since Mandar received the first of many such calls. It would always end in the same manner, infuriating Mandar to no end. Initially, he wrote it off as blank calls but later, when the frequency increased, he started to get worried. His predicament was that he could not tell anyone about these calls. What would he say? How would he explain the situation to anyone? The three days had been torturous for Mandar and with all the stress, he ran a high fever. He tried to reach out to Dr. Ramya to discuss this situation and also help him with his fever, for he did not want any of his family members to have the slightest doubt about his edgy behavior of late. To his disappointment, Dr. Ramya was transferred on short notice and her old number was out of service. Mandar was in a desperate mess and decided to take a few painkillers and go to sleep.

Mandars stress meant relief for Pallavi, for his concentration was completely diverted, which meant that she could meet up with Raghav under the pretext of grocery shopping or even going to the shop to help out Krishna. Amruta would always accompany Pallavi, which was somewhat a relief for Sulochna, who hated stepping out in the harsh sun, lest her pretty skin be marred by the furious rays of the sunlight.

In one of these afternoon meetings, Raghav asked Pallavi to meet him at the mansion, just him and her. Pallavi was excited to meet him but did not want to get noticed by anyone, not even the staff at RR mansion, therefore, she borrowed Amrutas clothes and made her way to the mansion. While entering, she put on a cap to hide her face from the numerous CCTV cameras around RR mansion, not that any of that was a threat to them. She felt excited to meet her husband in secret, it felt like living the dating life that she never had with him. Raghav shared similar sentiments. It was not that he made Pallavi do all the risky work. He was also taking the risk of meeting her in public places like shopping malls and grocery markets, of course in disguise and they would share a few intimate moments whilst hiding from all preying eyes, after which they took to discuss their day and what they had in mind for Mandar. Their priority was clear, her safety and his confession. The plan was a tough one, but it was sure to work.

Pallavi had arrived at the mansion at about 3 pm, which was the time Mandar had gone to meet Sunny and of course, Keerti was with Sunny, keeping tabs on their discussions and informing Raghav and Pallavi of their whereabouts. Having Keerti by their side made it a lot easier for them. On arrival, Pallavi made a dash for their bedroom, not wanting to be seen by anyone. She quickly closed the door behind her and breathed a sigh of relief. Meeting in secret was not an easy task, the heart would pounce at the sound of each footstep. While she was still catching her breath, a pair of strong arms circled around her from behind, at which she was not startled. She could sense Raghav's presence from the cologne he loved to use, a mix of cedarwood and fresh ocean. They stayed put for a few moments until Pallavi was breathing normally, to which he turned her slowly so that he could catch a glimpse of her flushed cheeks.

"I hope the running did not tire you wifey....", he smiled at her, but from the looks on his face, she knew that this was one of his most mischievous smiles.

"A bit....I want to nap a bit. Can I?" Pallavi had learnt how to tackle her smart mouth husband. She knew he would not refuse her, ever. However, Raghav surprised her this time with a sweet no.

"No, no, no. This is no time to sleep sweetheart", he smirked, to which Pallavi pouted. She knew that her pout was his undoing.

"Okay, fine. You got me. You win. Do you really want to sleep?" asked Raghav, no jokes this time round. Pallavi started to laugh at their silliness. She could not help but laugh at the situation, for in her mind, they definitely spoke and behaved like university love birds and poor Amma was already thinking of her grandchildren. Parenting seemed like an impossible task to her. She could not take care of two babies at the same time. Of course, her husband was nothing short of a baby. He was only smart and intimidating with his work and people he did not feel comfortable with. But with Pallavi, he seemed to be living the life that he missed in the past ten years, that of a young and carefree lover. Of course, his sharpness never left him and that is something that she also witnessed in their lovemaking. The thought of his deep caresses left her blushing profusely, almost as if she never got accustomed to their heated sessions, almost as if each time was their first time together. Her redness darkened at the thought of him working wonders with her senses, wondering how he would tend to her senses today.

"No, I don't want to sleep....", she smiled at him, trying very hard not to blush. Raghav smiled at her and then kissed her slowly, taking away all her inhibitions. He knew that his wife was quite bold otherwise, but slightly embarrassed when she was not aroused, a quality he lately discovered and came to love immensely, his heart soaring in pride for winning this immensely gorgeous woman's heart, for their unison was never a matter of physicality but always soaring high on emotions and the need to make their partner fall in love one more time, each time, always, and a wish to hold it for an eternity. As nature has it, a moth cannot stay away from fire for a long time, so to say that the kiss did not end into another intense and heated session would be a blatant lie. The dark hues of the room was witness to the boldness Pallavi possessed, while the red and white sheers mirrored Raghav's passion and his pristine love for his wife. Altogether, their room was a safe haven, holding in secret all actions rising from ignited passion and love, safeguarding the deep sighs and cries, never to be witnessed by another soul.

Raghav hugged Pallavi as they succumbed to their desire for each other, breathing heavily, yet a serene smile graced their faces as their shallow breaths slowly gathered pace for normal breathing, all the while looking into each others eyes with a longing that never seemed to be quenched. Raghav slowly turned to lay on his back, still holding her close to his heart, not wanting the warmth to fade. Pallavi closed her eyes to take a much needed rest, he surely seemed to tire her out at times. As she slept, he stroked her hair lovingly, feeling content and at peace, a feeling he never thought was meant for men like him. His heart was full of respect and undying affection for this slight woman sleeping beside him. If he had to give their love a name, he would refute the urge. Their love could not be shortened to one word. If anything, their love felt like seeing an entire universe in each others eyes each time they spoke this timeless language of love, in all its glory of creation.

A phone call disturbed Pallavi out of her sleep. It was Amruta.

"Pallavi, it's 4.30, come back, I can't hold off too long" she said urgently.

A similar call was received by Raghav. It was Keerti. Though she was not aware that Pallavi was meeting him, she informed him of all important events.

"Raghav, Mandar is headed to RR mansion. He left 15 minutes ago and I could not call you immediately as Sunny was here. He suspects foul play. Be careful", she whispered and with that she cut the call.

Raghav and Pallavi got ready for the great escapade. Pallavi left using the back door in an armed vehicle, while Raghav alerted the security at the entrance of his mansion.

Raghav felt like smacking Mandar's face with the butt of his gun, but he exercised retrain, for he needed to collect evidence against Mandar. He had outsourced bots to make all the calls to Mandar in his own voice, with the sole aim of scaring him out of his wits so that he would eventually make a mistake. Things were going his way, as he also got Dr. Ramya transferred to another city, after threatening her with her life. While Mandar was scared out of his wits, Raghav already had a plan B in place, in case the first one did not shape up as per his tunes. With Mandar's downfall, Sunny too was going to be end game and for that, he had already started drawing up pre-nuptials and his will, of course, Keerti was in the loop. She was finally ready to test Sunny, enough had been said about love, it was now time to test how deep the water is.

After what felt like another 15 minutes, Mandar walked into RR mansion, accompanied by Raghav's armed guards.

"Raghav Rao, come out. I need you to sign the divorce papers, or else I will harm your mother!", he roared like a madman.

Raghav's blood boiled at the sound of his mothers name in such lethal light but he stood firm outside his den. The man was cracking and one thing was clear, evidence was being collected each time Mandar spoke of his crimes.

"You touch her and see how I dissipate you into thin air!', roared Raghav.

Mandar was a man of soft mettle, he only seemed to intimidate people with his threats, but he knew that dealing with Raghav was going to be difficult. He recalled Pallavi's words and immediately mellowed down. Without saying anything, he dashed out of RR mansion, when he received another call. Mandar was hesitant to answer this call, for he was quite certain that it must be Mandar.

"Am I losing my mind? I am Mandar, there is no other Mandar", he reassured himself. However, the phone went off again and this time, he decided to step up.

"Hello?"

"It's me, Mandar. I know what you did. I know you killed Devyani, I was there when you killed her mercilessly. I know you cut her into pieces and threw her on the railway, as if it was an accident. I know you did it for Pallavi", spoke the voice on the other end, describing his cruelty with intimate details of the "accident", sounding exactly like him. How could this be!! How does anyone know about how he killed Devyani. Only he was privy to the matter. Mandar's head was buzzing with a headache and the fear of getting caught was disarming his steely exterior. He could no longer bear the voice on the other end, speaking a lot of nonsense, but also a lot of truth. He finally felt his mind cracking.

Mandar screamed at the voice on the other side. "Shut up, I did not throw her on the railway, I threw her in the river!!"

Raghav smiled as his team captured the first confession while Mandar took a rickshaw home, unassuming and sure that no one heard him, all the while his feet tapping continuously and his hands ruffling his hair, often biting his fingernails.

To be continued.

---------------------------------------------------------

Hey everyone,

This ended up being longer than I had initially imagined.

Also I am not an experienced writer especially when it comes to romance and all the heated stuff, so bear with me .

Also don't kill me for improvising the stuff about bots. It happens but it works a bit differently in real life. But it surely happens.

I will finish this story tomorrow, I need to sleep now.

Kiara.
