ofcourse he loves them.. the problem is he doesn't seem to be 30 year old ... Not everybody can handle stardom and that's the fact not that karan is a star or something but yes he is very impatient ... He should definitely defend his parents but just don't badmouth whole fandom .. when I see their live the target audience is 11-17 year children... Moreover he should take baby steps even of he wants to promote kd he should be very careful internet is such a sensitive place especially for actors .. To be honest I don't find him that annoying.
I feel he genuinely loves KD and his family.they share a deep bond.they share a room, they have common friends, they hang out together and he has bonded with Alice too.
He reacts when people badmouth his parents.he reacts when people talk bad about KD.he needs to keep his emotions in check on social media, but other than that he seems ok to me.
