If he cut his hair, it would sort of take away from his charecter. You know, the whole "baal ki dukan" thing, and how he is always like "my hair is my life", that aspect of the humor would be gone, and I don't think he will cut it for that reason, because his charecter calls for it. In KSBKBT he was Ansh's son, and therefore, he cut his hair in order to look different from his father.
Soooo...overall, I think we an all take a deep breath, his hair is hot...if he cuts it, he will still be hot, but I don't think he will because it would take away from his whole "I am Ranbir Nanda" jist.
