She is wearing jeans , white sleeves top and maroon long shrug.. I think they're trying to show how much they both miss each other and she find some way to reach and spend sometime with him. Even though they're a part but finding some chance to spend sometime with the loved one's and they're both very emotionally connected with each other and it's make sense that she reach him.
