Some of the changes happen not all. But the truth is core personality remains same. But here Mandar is showing text book psycopathic behavior which cannot be induced through trauma.

I don't think so. He could be a psychotic or sociopath from the beginning but then we need more backstory if we were to know for sure and I don't think the makers are going to give us that. However, I really think that brain trauma can change core personality all the same. Especially if the part to process emotions is affected.

Trauma do not change you into a vile and manipulative person. No one will try to murder their own mother even if memory is lost. This is text book psychopath behavior.

Well it is a very rare case!! But the way this monster is doing things it looks like he has done things before and murdering nothing new to him.

Rare case but it's still possible and in ITV land anything is possible. We can't be too logical in ITV as someone here reminds me 😆. Also, who's to say that this is not the rarity of the case?

Well, it seems he does have violence to him even before he has his memories. Remember how he hit Raghav in the head when he was following him; and then they were fighting.
