I am extremely disappointed the way shiva's character taking place.Just because his name is shiva it doesn't mean he have to be rude and angry all the time. The way he treated his wife is beyond my imagination. They married each other and they knew what were they getting into.

His behavior reminds me of movie kabir singh.the movie was highly critisied because of kabir's behavior.i agree people like kabir and shiva exists but the problem with our youth and teens they think acting like this will look cool or it is right to behave this way.Its good that raavi slapped him.If your husband can't trust you, can't speak with you properly then there is no need to make him understand all the time. Its high time she should leave him for some time so that he can understand her value.yes, little jealousy is romantic but telling your own wife to go and roam around with other boys shows his insecurities. These things look so romantic and beautiful on screen because they are performed by our favorite artists but if this happens in reality it feels lot worse.

It's high time to show some changes.

I agree with the points you put forth. Shiva- Raavi relationship has become toxic. I definitely felt the slap was well deserved.

Kabir Singh as a character is not cool- no man or woman should have to live with a spouse who is that volatile.

I might in the extreme minority- but I want them to divorce, grow as individuals and happily marry other people 😆

While Shiva's behavior is not justified, I don't think the issue is that he does not value her. The issue is that he cannot manage his anger and is lashing out. We would have genuinely felt for him, had he been quiet and completely backed off from her.

Personal opinion here: I dislike Raavi at this point, and I do not want to go to much into why, because that is not the point of your post. I believe Raavi does not value Shiva. Both are good people and deserve their happily-ever-afters. I wish they find it with whoever values them as individuals.

But no one should condone or live with abuse, or bullying. Man or woman.
