Im loving this whole idea of having an appreciation post for her..but at the same time feeling sad that she felt that way.. she must know that majority love her acting..I have always said this -Shivangi has been the more consistent of the two from the beginning..there is no emotion she cannot depict convincingly..even with the restrictions she has interms of how Pallavi's character has been written, she has done an outstanding job.
