A lot of Hindus have names like Aisha or Sara, doesn't change the fact that they are Muslim names and same with Esha too.
Hindus donât use the names Sara and Aisha. Itâs not common practice even though there might be the occasional person.
Esha is another name for Goddess Parvati. I know this for a fact because my cousin is named Esha. There are a lot of names that are used in multiple cultures with their own meanings and history associated with them. It isnât that they are using Muslim names.
