They might have studied in a local gujju school aur a Hindi medium at that due to which your English develops only in college especially if you are really sincere at studies and in Shiva's case jab aapke aas pass people use English words toh aapko bhi aa hi jate h just like my mom she is not fluent in English par hume bolta dekh ab wo bhi use karne lagi h😊😊

He's already at all time low that he might self-depreciate further thinking Raavi is "adjusting" herself to be with him romantically. I genuinely think he needs to understand that Raavi is willing to be with him, and that she is not making any "sacrifices" by staying with him. He needs to hear her saying, "I want to be with Shiva. I want to accept him for who he is, and I want him to accept me."

From today's episode, Esha and Piu are right. Shiva wants to have a romantic relationship with his wife. One where he can hug her, kiss her, and share a future with, someone that could give him the love that Dhara gave Gaumbi. He never wanted to be friends... from the moment he married her, but Raavi herself doesn't seem sure with what she wants.

I just saw the episode and I agree! I also stick by my theory that Raavi wants to be a Pandya Bahu and Shiva’s wife but isn’t sure if she wants more. She doesn’t want them to fight because she generally doesn’t like to fight (like she says in the episode… another reason I find her similar to Dev. They both prefer to avoid conflict. It explains why Dev never really apologized and Raavi forgave him anyway. It helps them avoid a difficult conversation. Almost like an unsaid pact.)

She doesn’t want to stop their fights because it’s hurting her or Shiva. Raavi is ready to do whatever it takes to make things work so that she can remain Shiva’s wife. And stay in Pandya Niwas.

Shiva cannot move ahead with her unless she wants him. In a much different way. Not the concept of husband and wife on paper. Not how society expects husband and wife to be. He wants a personal relationship with her. But his anger and insecurities (mixed with her ignorance and choice of words) is making it difficult for him to express what he wants and for her to decide if this works for her.

A physical relationship will worsen matters. There are chances Raavi might term it as marital duty. And that would break Shiva because it’s something he can’t even reverse. At this point, anything romantic is a big no no. They need to sort out their issues first. Otherwise, their relationship will become more and more toxic.

Just saw the episode - Not too bad. Chikki... keep the chanting going 🤣

Can someone explain to me why Anita was mixing oil with the water. Creating a hole in a pot may not be caught, but how on earth can people not smell gasoline and coconut oil? 🤪

Also, was Motiben catching Anita scene meant to stop there? They are doing bad editing with Anita too 🤣 And I am not complaining- am weirdly feeling happy that it is not only ShiVi 😆

Coming to the ShiVi scene- ok so now my Raavi anger has simmered down. Might be the analyses over the previous day, but I liked today's scenes. She is definitely trying. She is ofcourse a Dobi and is not looking beyond the anger- but there we are, we have a not-so-bright FL, what to say. I atleast got assured today that she is affected by all this, and not in some lala land. For people who think that she can still be happy and chirpy irrespective of what is going in her life- that is some deep form of avoidance- precisely called "burying your head in the sand". You can only last on so much fake-happy till reality catches upto you. And unless you acknowledge things are wrong, you cannot work towards fixing issues.

I hated that she shared with Dev, but looking at the scenes, it made sense to me actually. Dev is literally the only one who is lending a hand of support. Ideally she should not share with him, but she is human. She needs someone to spill her heart to. If Anita was not such a idiot, Raavi may not have needed Dev to share her sorrows with 🤷‍♀️ That said, she and Dev are really not putting 2 and 2 together. Some of Shiva's words, more importantly, some of his pauses are telling.

Both Raavi and Dev really need to learn to read the room 🤔

Still heart broken for Shiva. All jokes on the EDT aside, atleast Dev is approaching Raavi and she cam talk to him like a friend. No one is approaching Shiva. Dev tried, but Shiva can't share his problems with the root cause. It still looks to me like they are heading to a separation- The ShiVi monologues were telling:

Raavi: " Mein giri aur toone mujhe ek baat tak nahin sunayi... Pehle toh ladayi mein bhi apnapan tha Shiva, Ab aisa kya ho gaya ki teri chuppi mein bhi dooriyan hain"

Shiva's "Ek pal ko tere kareeb aane laga tha. Par apne aukaad se bahar sapne dekhne ka koi fayda nahin... tujhme mujhme jo antar hai woh labhi katham nahin ho saktha.Bairag aur Shringar ka saath toh kisson mein bhi nahin hota"

Raavi is beginning to realize the difference in Shiva's behavior.

Shiva is coming to the conclusion their i'm compatibilities are insurmountable.

Note on Shiva's insecurities: I think people are taking his words at face value. My take is while he is harping on tel, masale or English, his thinking is more deep rooted. It is more about a personality change. He also knows he could learn English at any time or dress nicely(like the bonfire night). But he cannot not become "Prince Charming" day-in and day-out. At the end of the day he is a simple man, who is probably talks brashly with people(as opposed to being soft-spoken and polite). If he starts changing one by one, he will be unrecognizable at the end, and probably not comfortable in his skin.

Think of it like the introvert vs extrovert person- as an introvert I can maybe be outgoing and mix with a lot of people over one, may two evenings- maybe also say a few months. But very soon the facade will become emotionally draining. And I will want to revert back to my old self for mental sanity.

Shiva feels Raavi is looking for a band-aid fix for their issues. Either he changes or she changes. She can just compromise and suppress her desires. But how long would that last. When would the compromise start becoming a burden? Comprimising because you love someone might be different from compromising because you have no other option. The later becomes a unbearable burden very soon.

Sorry for the rant... I'll shut up for the evening 🙈

P.s. Who thought makers purposely showed Oily adding liquid detergent and coconut oil in matka because we troll her so much for the oil kaand?! 😂😂

Exactly knowing English is a huge deal for someone who haven't studied English since childhood like perfectly making sentence or even bina ruke to converse in English with confidence means a huge deal for them and that's what makers are trying to show here🙂😌
