she is just being rude because she knows who rashi is and she doesn't want anyone to get to her. she probably thinks that Abhi and Sam are the bad guys, and if she thinks that, it means that the real Rashi thinks that too and that's why she wants to escape from them!😕

^^^hmm...I don't think so. When she was talking to the person on the phone, she used Abhi and Sameera's names, when she as the caretaker of a patient in a hospital has no way of knowing Sameera and Abhi's names without having some sort of previous knowledge.
