A tormented housewife divorced by her husband finds her direction in life after thirty years by deciding to marry a person enamoured of her during college days - now settled in England and suffering from terminal cancer. Her lover however supports her mother's decision, leading to differences of opinion.
Her brother's ex-wife who had refused to vacate their residence , her father, aunt and her grandmother aim potshots at her mother for taking the decision (their locus standi to comment on her decision lacks clarity notwithstanding the fact that she continued to live under the same roof). However, her brother and his present wife, her eldest brother's wife who has been served a divorce notice and her grandfather support the mother.

Watch Sasural Simar Ka. I tried reading the synopsis so I can summarise it here but after the second paragraph, I donāt even remember what I read before it. Point is, down the track the lead heroine becomes cursed and turns into a fly. Sheās then buzzing around her sasural, trying to avoid the fly swatter šš„ŗ
How complicated is this situation? Think about it. If her in laws end up swatting the fly, itāll mean that they have murdered their bahu in cold blood. How on earth can they explain the situation to the court of law? Very stressful and toxic I tell you.
