Yea just pick one and the fandom will calm down on there own. I was watching old episodes, and he used to look happy and even if it was anger he looked like he had the energy for it. Now in some scenes there is no energy.

I know none like Mukta barve and swapnil Joshi they are masters of their craft. And the nuance of mumbai and pune is real so hence when they made remakes it couldn't fit the bill. Even now the new kriti sanon movie Mimi is a remake of a Marathi movie called mala aai hvaychay. It kills the originality they should instead dub the movies. They are making a remake of the Marathi horror movie lappachappi that had pooja sawant one of the best horror movies made in india, I would say the best no fake over the top spookiness it was damn good but with a remake with nushrat Barucha they will end up ruining the originality.

Yes love Mukta Barve and Swapnil Joshi. But director is same for lappachappi so I hope they do something good. Till date the only hindi movie remake I like is Drishyam so maybe here director will not disappoint. Nushrat Bharucha will have to work hard to match the amazing acting done by Pooja Sawant.

What makes marathi movies great is the originality, great script and more focus on the craft and not the ladida grandeur. Which lacks in hindi cinema even the fact that we have a very very strong theatre background with great theatre literature helps.

Well I don't know if Uve watched the original mohanlal one, even though drishyam was good the original was a masterpiece. And I feel the only Bollywood remake that did justice to the original is Hera pheri

Because Jasmine has become a vamp but Fateh is still ML.

I saw the mohanlal one also, I liked the malayam family more but for the role of the IG, Tabu was amazing.

I watch alot of regional cinema if Indian mostly marathi, Malayalam, a few Punjabi and even Bengali or assami movies are great.
