First of all, please understand SM uproar or offscreen drama rarely have any influence on the storyline. As a business, it's only the TRP that matters! The crap served gave them The desired results, and It shall continue!

Coming back to adoption, it's a brave, bold step that no one cares about to date. Millions of children are homeless, and show like these reiterate the importance of having our DNA continuity.

I am sharing a video that shall give you a fair amount of idea of the existing problem.

Our neighbouring show, which ended despite being so progressive where the female lead gives up love to pursue her education, was purely business too.

The show's last scene shows the male trying to make perfectly round rotis serving hot food while the girl is eating with the entire family.

That's progressive, and SM was erupting with people spamming with love, but the show ended.

It goes to Show TRP matters! Content consumption is a very layered subject, and trusts me, you'd be surprised to see most writers, when they write for OTT, churn out different content. It's sheer business.

Coming back to adoption, PS will not show it. TRP audience craves for Apna Khoon more.

Male infertility-big taboo too. I have given up hope.

Can't agree with u more here...we have to take the bitter truth that daily soaps no matter what won't be able to survive with anything progressive.. daily soaps are just fiction stories about how regressive contents can have a beautiful romantic and happy side..its more like the way we think that our world needs to develop and be more accepting to the progressive mentality..soaps are more into trying to connect with such people who are not able to accept the progressive mentality.. and judging by trps I think there r a hell lot of people who can connect to such matters..it is not necessary that these people would be as harmful as anitha or mami or suman blackmailing to throw her dils out in a year I she didn't get her grandchild.. but nevertheless they all had known someone who did hurt them like mami..faked friendship or coned them like anitha......pressurised them like suman.compared to that, people like rishitha are not that common..maybe more common mostly among current generation kids..but still way behind the former public..and show makers are basically business people..they sell what is received the most..so it's pointless to expect anything progressive until and unless the trp chase is shut down..

I do think adoption track is off the book as of now..atleast not until dhara is clinically shown to be unfit to conceive at all..

I usually do not watch indian tv, mostly just watch one track at the beginning then completely forget the show.

PS is different for me because of how much I connect with Shiva, and how much of my mom I see in Raavi. Now I am addicted to this couple.

I am like Shiva completely, from the anger issues to the person that will go to the ends of world for family. My mom is like Raavi in terms of forgiving easily, there has only been 1 person she has not forgiven in 57 years. But she is not a airhead like Raavi, rather she is very intelligent and perceptive.

Now coming to the point why I am addicted to Shivi, my parents marriage was also a forced marriage centred around hate for each other and each other's family. My paternal grandmother has always hated my maternal grandmother from childhood and she instilled that hatred into my father. My mom was originally enaged to someone else, sadly he died on their wedding day (my mom was literally getting her makeup done when she heard about his passing). My mother never really recovered from that, she only shared this with me a few months ago when I got engaged. She said after his death, she lost that excitement regarding marriage and life, she knew my dad and his family hated her and she had no hope for the future, she just compromised because life already dealt her blow that she never recovered from. Though I was angry with Raavi for using the word compromise, the scene brought back what my mom told me. Raavi must also lost that excitement and hope regarding marriage and life especially after parents death, being dumped at the alter and marrying someone who hates her. She also does not hope of a normal marriage so she is compromising with her situation.

Before anyone asks how my parents got married, it was political alliances between my great grandfathers, both were very high ranking politicians, so the marriage was an alliance between two political parties and village tribes.

When I see Shivi on screen right now, I see my parents for the last 30 years. The only difference is that my dad never loved/liked my mom, he was in love with a Russian girl. A happy ending for Shivi is like an AU for my parents.

Shivi storyline is beautiful if the writers actually write a proper story. It has so much potential but cvs are busy showing chewing gum nonsense.

Anyway don't know why I am sharing this but reading all the post in the last few weeks have made me look at my parents relationship a little differently and their story has made connect with Shiva and Raavi in a very deep spiritual level.

Thank you for sharing your parents story! It is definitely a unique one and can understand when you say that you can relate to ShiVi.

Hi there peeps! Saw a lot of discussion on the BTS about the little girl. Idk if anyone has felt so, but for some weird reason the first and only persistent thought on my mind was, "it's little Raavi, a bit older than preleap! Maybe they're gonna show us a flashback sequence?" Very stupid of me to hope, I know, but the girl bore a resemblance to Choti Raavi's face and styling.

Also, T and ML, I saw that tag but had no heart to come reply here. I started interacting on the forum because of mesmerisingly unique ShiVi, and then for the warmth of PS. Both are gone, and I find no joy in the discussions here anymore due to the same. I find more interest in AU these days, and that's saying something.

I'm really happy you haven't forgotten my existence tho 🤣❤️

Also, you guys are made of some stiff stuff to plow on with this show and forum even though Pandya Store has long lost it's plot and charm. 🤗

I too did think that it could be raavi...but was too apprehensive to hope..if it is choti raavi ,then only good outcome can come out of this..because if its her, flashback means more to her past..they had given a flashback of shiva realising her hatred towards him and what she dreamed in her husband pre marrg..so they won't repeat that again..now if they show flashback again,it could only be for something that would be cancelling out the prev one out. ..but after the last two weeks, the writers have made us suffer so much that I doubt anything like that they will show..😆

True, no expectations whatsoever from this shitshow. You know it's gone stale when the most exciting cameo is the lead's, ahem, supporting lead's forehead.

Nopess.

According to me PS has completely gone to the genre of family drama.

Romance would be secondary, they can show a few scenes here and there but I have no hope for a proper track on shivi.

Did u guys notice..in majority of the bts near to the temple..ravi is no where to be seen even. 🤓😒..and the new girl also posted with everybody except Alice..nor was she in the pic with janardhan...where has ravi gone..

Please please..I need a shivi centric promo now..need to get some hint of the upcoming drama..

KD was wet in the BTS, if Alice would have also shot in the rain, then perhaps she went to change.
