Quintiles, Covance or PPD? Get into Clinical Operations if you like that. TMF is headache...Veeva correct?

Quintiles/IQVIA it is⭐️

I tried in clinical operations/onsite operations but most of the time they require person with relevant experience.

I have worked on veeva but currently working on Wingspan and Intelligent TMF.

It's not that headache..i found it easy..i used to do normal document QC but now I am in tmf specialist team..just completed the training 😆here we have to do cross checking and co dependency for each document..it's hectic for now..eka document ch past/future ani present shodhav lagat ani mag final karaych🤓

When I joined as fresher I didn't know what tmf is😆and had doubt on its future.. because only couple of organisations had that department...but now it's quite a boom.. even the smallest CRO is having eTMF department..pan artificial intelligence pan yet aahe which is part of parcel for any industry

Yes, anti lag3/anti PDL1 study in Phase 1 solid tumor.

Did you try in Med Info or Med Comm? Many PharmDs work in those groups here.

My Baba was a PharmD too. 😊

eTMF is HUGE. EMA/FDA/MHRA and other regulatory authorities have stringent regulations so eTMF is here to stay. How much of AI impact will it have I doubt? But true, jithe 10 lagtaat tithe 5 lagtil with teh advent of AI.

There must be entry level positions in Clin ops in Iqvia.

Waah are you working as principal investigator? It must be quite a task for you. Yes eTMF is huge and not every CRO can afford AI and it's maintenance, only the gaint in the industry may go for it. Even though iqvia has started with Itmf from last one year there is not reduction of any man power. Documentation process still requires human intelligence.

I'm Sub-I....some day will be PI too.😊

Good luck. Keep trying...eTMF is cumbersome and not as rewarding as Clin Ops/Data Mgmt/Regulatory IMO. Unless of course if you are a people mgr.
