thats why I say, Sai takes Virat for granted, in the sense that she can accuse him of her confusions. In some way she also thinks he deserves the accusations because he doesnt come clean with her. It is a very wifey thing to do. Blame the other for your own confusions. 😛

Thats why Virat going away from her is important. When she comes to the realization that he 'can' leave her, she will think straight and sees his actions more clearly. Also there is no one to take her brick bats. She has to hit herself to find answers.

As I believe, seeking answers by herself will relieve her confusions. Nobody can drive away your monsters except yourself. 👍🏼

No, because again, Sai will be snapped back into her version of reality with Samrat's return. She will see him suspecting Virat and realize that he left because he found out about Pakhi and Virat's relationship. This will deepen all of her past wounds that have not yet been healed by Virat, as he has still not clarified the status of their marriage nor how he never loved Pakhi. The past has been a sort of elephant in the room for SaiRat's relationship, which is why they keep going in circles and spinning jalebis in the first place. With Samrat's return, they will be forced to tackle all of these issues.

@bold - this needs to be clarified in clear words to Sai and hope they show this scene and then they can go back to copy pasting. Atleast we will be sure Virat clarified this to Sai and it's Sai who is not able to forget the past.

There was no one at that time she trusted more than her abba, so she had full faith in Virat's character since the start. When Virat married her and took her zimidari, in her mind giving up the love of his life, he did something for her that not even family members are able to do for each other. He took her hand when she had quite literally no one else in this world.

And, despite all of the times he has messed up since then, throughout it all, he has been her rock. He has always acknowledged his mistakes, and he has always deeply repented for his actions... I think that Sai knows that he has never ever hurt her intentionally...which is why she has always forgiven him so easily. There are many times when Sai has told both him and the family that she is awed by how much he has done for her. Everyone wants to feel special in this world, but Virat has made Sai is entire world. And as cliche as it sounds, Virat has always done everything for her without expecting a single thing in return. Despite what Sai labels his actions, she sees that. She doesn't need to label what he feels towards her as love in order to know what place she holds in his life...

To me, her dialogues in the hospital were some of the most powerful we have ever seen from her. She told Virat that she had no home... no where to go. Even though she knew that she has aai, Devi, Mohit, Pulkit, etc... when Virat questioned her, she felt entirely alone. Because, despite having others, the only person who matters to her is Virat. He is her home... his family members are just extensions of him. Without him, she truly feels like she has nothing... no place in this world at all...

Hmm..the foundation of Sai's attachment to Virat comes from him having taken up her responsibility...when no one did. He not only took her under her wing, he literally fought with his family for her medical college admission and has been very caring and attentive to her needs - as much as a family member. Who would do that?

@bold word. This the only way to put an end this circle. These words remind me of how she was so lost without virat during pulkit missing episodes and was missing him terribly 😢

Yeah i replied in other thread, if he had promised Pakhi then he could have not married Sai. He is just not that kind of person. He would have endured Pakhi, his whole life. He is someone who finds happiness in what he got. :P But with Sai, he got too lucky!! Thats called divine intervention 👍🏼

Yes, and he has stood up to his family time and time again for her. Think about all of the times she has been entirely overcome by emotion when remembering all he has done for her... her bday and her taking his ashirwaad being one of the more recent examples. That is why I think that she knows the place she holds in Virat's life... she is just unable to label it... she knows it's more than a zimidari and can sense that it might be love, but she is confused due to her insecurities and lack of clarification from Virat. But, regardless of the label, she knows that he would do anything for her....

Somehow I still feel Virat has not communicated well....having husband's ex living under the same roof, allowed to interfere in the relationship by the same husband will make anyone insecure. Nor are Sai's questions answered directly and honestly. So she has plenty of reasons to hold onto her wall. She might feel that she may be reading Virat wrong...

Completely agree with this. Especially because every time she has given herself permission to let go of her walls, something or the other has happened forcing her to put them back up... just like this time, it will be Samrat's entry...

I don't know if I agree that Virat cannot get rid of Sai's monsters... he is the one who created them in the first place, and Sai trusts him and his word above all else in this world... in fact, to me, she is desperate for him to clear away those monsters....

Will wait to comment too much on how Virat leaving prompts Sai's realization until those episodes actually air, but to me it seems as though it will be because up until now, we have only seen Virat's fear of losing Sai.... on the other hand, Virat has been Sai's rock and the only thing that is constant in her life since abba's passing. I don't think it's that she takes him for granted, but rather that she has accepted him fully as her life partner... she even told abba in her monologue during the barsi although it was indirect. In this way, it's almost as if Sai is more sure that SaiRat will be together forever (even if it's not as real husband wife) than Virat is.... but when Virat leaves, she will be forced to confront the idea that they might be separated which to her is entirely unbearable...

One example of Sai's confusion which was potrayed beautifully in the story is this night before Virat finally leaves for transfer.

They will have a heart to heart conversation in their room about their relationship. Virat tries to clear the hand 'holding' MU. But the conversation derails and Sai brings up commitment BS again. He gives up and makes up his mind to leave in the morning after this. She blabbers nonsense out of her own 'confusion' that Samrat and she can 'organize' something for Virat and Pakhi and this pisses off Virat so much that he asks her not to cross her limits, even if she is his wife. She feels his 'hurt' on such accusation. Later when he wishes her good luck for her studies, like blessing her to become a big doctor, she gets worried...

They sleep without pillows that night. He touches her from behind and she is expectant of 'somethng' not sure :D but when he removes his hand, almost instantly she is disappointed, hugs him and sleeps.

See the push and pull in her, one moment she throws rubbish at him and one moment she wants him. She gets too anxious from Samrat's return, going forward as her fear increases.

Thats how Sai works! She is utterly 'confused'. She loves him but afraid that his love is not the same as hers! Thats the problem.

PS: I hope they show this episode exactly like this. for a non-bengali, the actors made it very clear.
