Sanjay Mishra as Biden, he's ideal for an affable goof, everyone's favorite senile grandpa.

Neeraj Kabi for Trump, he always nails the asshole roles.

Naseeruddin Shah as Obama, he actually has some speaking mannerisms

Huma Quereshi as Hillary, this one is tough because there's tons of great female character actors, but I think Huma would be the best choice.

Obviously Rajpal Yadav as Boris Johnson, the guy is a joke.

Salman Khan as Putin, because I always picture Putin riding a horse and fishing shirtless in the wilderness, and Salman is the most enthusiastic shirt-off actor. And they're the same age now right?

Maybe Shahid Kapoor as Imran Khan, both were totally droolworthy and charming as young men but somehow transformed into misogynistic conservative pricks as they aged.

Konkona Sen as Jacinda Ardern, I thinks she can nail both the goofy fun aspects and the emotional gravitas

Tanmay Bhat as Kim Jong-Un, he would be hilarious - Kind of like Randall Park in The Interview

Kangana Ranaut as Xi Jinping, because I just want to torture her Mother India aatma by making her play the Chinese premier.
