Not production house, it is the channel that paid that much to rekha. When it comes to promotions of a tv show it is the channel that takes control of promotional aspect. The channel is the one who decides how a show should be promoted and how much it should be promoted. If it was the production house how else do you explain all these Bollywood actors being raked into promoting star plus shows when same hasn't been happening for other channels? It is the channels that approach the Bollywood actors and pay them. Zeetv aur colors ki shaayad aukat nahi hai that they hire Bollywood actors to promote their shows lol. So PH is still very much gareeb on the basis of sai's outfits 😆
