They already have a image set I guess while writing the character, and they might always put that image in actors as well. Toh hosakta hai.

I don't know. It means the writer's are failing completely in what they are trying to convey because most of the audience's opinion is that she is negative.

Character is not a villain, But actress ki acting makes the charaaccter look like Villain.
